Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing grounds.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the supplier specified by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of refusal

If you cancel this contract, we should refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery other than the least expensive standard method offered by us) without undue delay. and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly stated otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged as a result of the refund. We may delay the refund of your amount until we receive the goods back or provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

You must send the goods or hand them over to us or our transport service provider without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline should be considered met if you have sent the goods back before the 14-day deadline has expired.

We will cover the cost of returning the goods.

You are solely responsible for reducing the value of the goods as a result of their treatment, which does not affect the establishment of their nature, characteristics and functioning.

According to Article 57, para. 3 and para. 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured, made to order of the consumer or according to his individual requirements, and should expire earlier for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are printed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal mentioned above, we give you a voluntary return guarantee for a period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. You can withdraw from the contract after the expiration of the 14-day period by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (the period begins on the day after the goods were received) provided that the goods are in the original packaging and are intact and as long as they are not used or damaged and also provided that they are not goods made according to the individual requirements of the consumer or are not made to order. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the time limit.
The voluntary return guarantee arising from the conclusion of the contract does not affect your legal rights. Including your legal right of withdrawal and legal right of guarantee remain unchanged.

Deliveries are practically valid only for Bulgaria. The shipment of goods takes place only in total domestic quantities and the goods are sent only to end users.

If the delivered goods are defective, you have the right to claim warranty liability. The Athlete Sportswear does not provide any additional defect warranties in addition to those provided by law.

Your order from The Athlete Sportswear is with free shipping. Please note that in case of different delivery method other charges may apply. The exact amount of the additional fees in question should be calculated and communicated to you before purchasing our goods.

Payment can in practice be made by cash on delivery or card (MasterCard and Visa). No discounts are offered for a specific payment. We reserve the right to offer a specific payment method only for the desired delivery.

Payment by cash on delivery

Payment for the goods should be made upon delivery of the consignment in the amount indicated on the invoice. In the event of a refusal referred to in Part 2, the refund shall be made by bank transfer. To do this, we need information about your bank account, which can be easily and securely provided to your user account. We reserve the right to issue a voucher in the amount of the value of the returned goods, in case you do not provide bank account information after a second request from us.

Payment by card

You make the payment at the time of the ordering process by filling in your card details. At the time of sending, the actual amount will be deducted from your card, taking into account the application of discounts or vouchers, if any. Goods made to order or according to individual requirements of the consumer, lead to immediate withdrawal from your card of the actual amount calculated after discounts, vouchers, etc.

Our prices are in Bulgarian levs and are final, without charging additional fees on our part.

This contract is concluded in Bulgarian or English, and in case of discrepancy in the translation, the Bulgarian version is respected. The text of the order is not stored with us and cannot be accessed after the completion of the ordering procedure.
